The salmon is marinated in a blend of tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers, and spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric…). This mix is complemented by garlic, lemon, and fresh cilantro. Each order includes 6 large pieces of Salmon, other fish alternative can be selected (Tuna, Bass, Tilapia…).
